Here are a few church books I've read recently that I really loved.
A Heart Like His by Virginia Pearce
His Holy Name by Dallin H. Oaks
Moving in His Majesty and Power by Neal A. Maxwell
And I finally finished the special Christ ensign and loved that as well.

I'll have to check some of those out. The best church book I've read in a long time is called "When your prayers seem unanswered." I think it was by Millet. It was AMAZING. I would loan it to you, but I seem to have lost it. I think I lost it at Neways so hopefully someone found it and was inspired.
