While looking for ways to make tarts and or a topping for a desert pizza, that included cream cheese (because that's what I wanted) I made up this sort of. That is I changed a recipe I found for cheese cake because 1. I didn't want to have to use eggs and 2. I didn't exactly want a strict cheese cake. This is super easy, tasty and versatile.
Blend up cream cheese with mixer. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Mix and add 1/2 package instant vanilla pudding. The end. Although technically it isn't the end because I like to cover it with whipped cream before serving...and fresh fruit if I have any.
