3rd time's the charm

So I had another ultrasound yesterday unrelated to the 20 week one. At my doctor's appointment I had a moment of panic when the doctor was unable to pick up the baby's heartbeat. So he called across the sidewalk to the hospital and had me go over there for a ultrasound. Fortunately I didn't have to wait and the tech. took me right back and there was the baby moving with a strong heartbeat. It turns out the placenta is on top and that it prevented the doctor from getting a heartbeat. Whew! That's a scare I never want again, even during the Halloween season.
