Things Alyssa said this week

"The moon likes me. And the shade likes me, but thunder does not like me. It flashes me dead."

Me: Candy is not food. It is not a snack. It is a treat.
Alyssa: But Mom, Jesus knows that candy is food.

What are you trying to get at with the whole "Candy is not food" thing. I side with Alyssa and Jesus.

The thunder flashes her dead?!?

That is terrifying.

Also, I know candy is food, because if you eat enough of it, it fills you up.
